Smart Reorder Assistant ("the App") helps Shopify merchants decide what stock to reorder. This policy explains what data the App uses and why.
What the App reads
- Products and variants: titles, SKUs and stock levels.
- Orders from the last 60 days: only which products were sold, in what quantities, and for how much.
The App does not request customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or addresses.
What the App stores
The login session Shopify needs for the App to work (your shop domain and an access token), and the settings you choose in the App: default lead time, days of stock to order, and any lead times you set for vendors or products (vendor names and product IDs). Sales and stock figures are calculated when you open the App and are not saved to a database.
Sharing
We don't sell or share your data with anyone. We don't use it to train AI models.
Deleting your data
When you uninstall the App, its session for your shop is deleted. Your settings are deleted when Shopify sends its shop data deletion request, 48 hours after you uninstall.
See also our terms of service, which include our data processing terms.
